PRO Program

The PRO program is suitable for tennis players participating in ITF Junior tournaments, ATP Futures and WTA Tournaments, as well as the ATP Challenger. With our programs, we try to maximize the potential of each player.

Program description

The PRO program, as part of the VTC training method, is managed and supervised by our Directors Gines Perez and Carlos Berto.
We offer a full training package with physical training and tournaments accompaniment.

Our specialists develop individual programs for each player, depending on their needs. The programs are focused on improving the technical aspects, which will later allow us to improve the tactical scheme for their use in competitions.

The main goal is to provide the player with tactical and technical tools that, along with a personalized physical training program, will lead us to significantly improve athletic performance.

Tournaments accompaniment with our coaches and detailed reports from our coaches and video analysis of each athlete make the program absolutely suitable for professional tennis players.

Daily schedule

Schedule may vary because there are 2 rounds of practice in the morning and 2 rounds in the evening.

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 – 11:30 tennis, 12:00 – 13:15 fitness, 15:30 – 17:30 tennis
  • Saturday 9:30 – 11:30 tennis

JUNIOR Program

The Junior Program is suitable for players aged 14 to 18 who compete in ITF Junior U18 tournaments

Program Description

The ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors offers players aged 18 and under the opportunity to travel the world and develop their talent, providing a launching pad for the transition from children’s tennis to the adult professional tour.

Program’s goals:

  • Maximize the intensity of concentration during training.
  • Maximize the intensity of footwork for a more precise position on the court, which allows to perform more powerful and accurate strokes.
  • The refinement scheme and tactic of the game.
  • Working on game moments during training for their exact execution during tournaments.
  • Work on the first serve, its the percentage and wins after the first serve.
  • Work on the volley and smash for a more diverse and attacking game..
  • Learning to analyze the game during a match to make a quick decision between points and games.
  • Working on the direction and angles of ground strokes.
  • Maximize impact control, reduce the % of unforced errors.
  • Working out the concepts of attack and defense..
  • Specific work on the return of the first and second serves.

TENNIS EUROPE Program

The Tennis Europe program is suitable for young tennis players from 11 to 16 years old who participate in national and international tournaments up to 12, 14 and 16 years old.

Program Description

  • Familiarizing the player with international tournaments and international rankings.
  • Work on game moments and teach the tennis player new possible tactics for matches.
  • Fine work on the technique of forehand and backhand, footwork and positions on the court.
  • Working on the directions of ground strokes and the percentage of hits.
  • Assessment of the tennis player’s physical capabilities and his/her potential and planning of physical activity (training+tournaments) for the year.
  • Working on the serve and recieve.
  • Video analysis of training sessions.
  • Analysis of matches.
